Villa Gran Vista is a well-designed villa in a great central position. Perched above Bodrum town, you'll have glorious panoramic views over the resort to Bodrum castle and the open sea from your private pool. Plus, it only takes 10 minutes to walk downhill to the edge of this popular Turkish resort which is filled with quaint shops, sea-facing restaurants and plentiful cafes and bars. The lively Strip, with a huge number of shops and restaurants, as well as nightlife, plus the sandy beach, are all within 5 minutes' drive.
Spend your days soaking up the sun with an incredible panorama and by night enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Bodrum.
The private swimming pool is infinity-style to make the most of the fantastic scenic views over the resort and sea. To one side the umbrella shaded dining area is ideal for enjoying anything from a continental breakfast to a main meze meal! There's also space to sunbathe. There is a hidden shaded seating group on the lower garden area which is great for escaping the heat and relaxing with a good book and cool drink.
There are 2 ensuite bedrooms on the upper floor (one double ensuite and one twin ensuite). Both bedrooms have access to private balconies with the same incredible views. There are a further 3 bedrooms on the lower ground floor (all of which are ensuite). There are 2 double ensuites and one single room with ensuite (ideal if you have nanny or peronnel to accomodate). The 2 double bedrooms have direct access to the lower garden shaded seating area which leads up the steps to the private pool area. All bedrooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with plenty of storage space.
The living area is completely open plan, combining the lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. The villa is decorated in light and colourful tones, and is bright and airy, with large patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, framing that spectacular view. A large lounge has cosy sofas to relax in at any time of the day, whilst the flat screen TV provides entertainment for all ages. The well equipped kitchen has everything required to prepare some memorable holiday meals.
For additional entertainment and relaxtion you have a private sauna and tv/games room on the ground floor.
Located in one of Bodrum’s most exclusive compounds, the entrance is via 24 security gates down to the villa itself. There is private covered space for two cars at the front entrance door. Concierge service is provided for all you holiday needs.
There is heating facility available for the private pool but this is not included as standard in the daily rental. If you wish to use this capability please enquire and pay the extra service charge .
